This tutorial shows how to import Timesheet Data from T-Sheets into Payroll Mate® software.

Inside T-Sheets
- Click → More from menu
- Select Payroll
- Select Payroll Hrs Summary by Employee
- Select Report Dates
- Click → Download CSV
- Click → Open
- Review Employees to import
- Right-click on the Column after Employee Name
- Click → Insert to insert a blank column
- Click → Data Tab
- Select the column with the full name
- Click → Text to Columns
- Select Delimited, Click → Next
- Select Comma, Click → Next
- Review Data, Click → Finish
- Other than the top Header row, delete any rows that do not include employee information
- Save this CSV file on your computer in a location you can easily access
Open Payroll Mate
Make sure you have the correct Company open inside Payroll Mate
- Click → Employees from Shortcuts
- Click → Import Timesheet Data
- Click → Step (1) Click here to Load the Timesheet CSV file
- Select the Timesheet CSV file you created
- Click → Ok
- Map each column
- Click → Step (2) to Import the Timesheet Entries
