• Go to File → Open Company
• Select the company you want to open.
• Click → OK
• Click → Forms
• Choose 941 (Employer’s Quarterly Federal Tax Return).
• Click → Override calculations.
• Edit the calculations.
• Print before clicking enable calculations.
• Click → Enable Calculations Again after overriding the calculations
• Click → OK
