This tutorial shows how to make an employee inactive in our payroll software.

- Go to File → Open Company.
- Select the company you want to open.
- Click → OK
- Click → Employees
- Select an employee from the list and click edit.
- In the modify employee wizard go to general information.
- Check the box that says “inactive”
- Click next until you finish the wizard.
