This Payroll Mate tutorial shows how to pay multiple employees at once instead of creating one paycheck at a time.

- Go to File → Open Company.
- Select the company you want to open.
- Click → OK
- Select Employees.
- Click → Pay Multiple Employees from the toolbar.
- Check Details screen will show up.
- Fill in check information for first employee.
- Click → Create Check & Go to Next Employee
- Repeat this process until you create checks for all employees.
- Once done a screen will appear with the number of checks you created.
- Select → OK
