How to print a W2 form

This tutorial shows how to use the payroll software to print W2 Forms. Payroll Mate will print W2 copies B, C, D, State 1, and State 2 on blank paper and will print W2 copy A on preprinted red ink laser forms. We offer an option to print SSA approved W2 A forms on blank paper.

Go to File → Open Company.
Select the company you want to open.
Click → OK
Click → Company.
Click forms and select W-2 (wage and tax statement).
Read the wizard instructions and click next until you get to W2 page.
Select the employee.
Click → print (you can preview the form before printing).
Select the print options such as the copy you want to print.
If printing Copy A select blank paper (optional feature) or preprinted laser forms.
Click → OK
