Payroll Mate has the ability to choose whether you would like to show your employees SSN on checks and paystubs and direct deposit files.

- Go to File → Open Company.
- Select the company you want to open.
- Click → OK
- Go to Company and select the state tax information tab.
- Place check mark in hide employee’s SSN.
- Click → Update
