Payroll Mate® Software Tutorials

Payroll Mate has the ability to transfer W2 information from Payroll Mate into W2 Mate.

This tuitoral shows how to do so.

Summary of Steps

This is just a summary; please click “Download Tutorial” for detailed instructions with screenshots.

• Go to File → Open Company
• Select the company you want to open.
• Click → OK
• Open Payroll Mate.
• Click → Tools → Export W2 Information to W2 Mate
• Click → Export
• Name the file and Save.
• Exit out of Payroll Mate.

* Make sure you created a company in W2 Mate*

• Open W2 Mate.
• Go to File → Open Company
• Select the company you want to open.
• Click → OK
• Click → Import Data → From Payroll Mate Software (W2 Data).
• Browse for file that was saved.
• Click → Open
• Click → Import
